Powerumba is a non-impact, dance fitness workout with a distinct, smooth and flowing methodology that starts with the very basic steps of each genre of dance (like salsa, reggaeton, merengue, samba, bachata, cumbia and soca) and slowly transitions to more complete choreographies to give you a full-body workout as well as a sense of accomplishment and the feeling of really “dancing!”

In this mini-workshop we start at the very beginning and learn the most basic, fundamental moves, poses and steps of the Vixen cardio hip hop class. Perfect for the complete beginner or someone who would like a little more time, attention and detail at a slower pace to then be able to feel more confident at our regular classes.
